  • 摘要: 掌握深部采动响应机制与灾害防控技术对于保障煤炭资源安全高效开采具有重要的现实意义。针对深部开采面临高地应力、高地温、高岩溶水压和强开采扰动的复杂环境,探讨了深部采动煤岩体响应特征。阐述了煤炭开采多物理化学场时空动态演化规律和多资源全生命周期动态叠加多相多场耦合致灾机理。最后,基于上述采动响应特征和多场耦合规律及致灾机理,从透明矿山及地质保障关键技术、灾害风险判识与监控预警关键技术和典型动力灾害防控关键技术3个方面讨论了深部采动灾害防控方法。未来应继续加大对深部开采基础研究支持力度,大力支持自主创新重大仪器及科学装置研究,重点开展深部煤炭开采应用基础理论和关键技术研究,依靠科技创新突破制约我国深部煤炭开采的理论与技术瓶颈。加强深部采动多物理化学场耦合灾变机理分析,实现深地资源地质精准勘探和三维地质可视化,建立深部采动灾害风险判识及合理性评价模型,以及开展多参量灾害预警与防控技术和装备研究,实现对灾害的有效预警和精准防控,综合形成深部煤矿灾害防控理论与技术标准体系。同时,在充分认清深部各种灾害特征、治理能力极限和技术经济可行性的基础上,科学确定开采下限。最终有效解决深部煤炭开采面临的科学问题和重大技术难题,促进深部煤炭安全高效开采。

     

    Abstract: Understanding the response mechanism of deep mining and disaster prevention and control technology is of practical significance to safe and efficient coalmining In view of the complex environment of deep mining characterized by high ground stress,high temperature,high karst water pressure and strong mining disturbances,coal and rock response characteristics during deep mining activities is discussed Meanwhile,the spatial-temporal dynamic evolution law of multiple physical and chemical fields in coal mining,the dynamic-superposition multi-phase and multi-field coupling hazard mechanism in multi-resources and whole life cycle are described Finally,based on above-mentioned mining response characteristics,multi-field coupling laws and disaster-causing mechanism,the key disaster prevention and control technologies in deep mining are discussed from following three perspectives: key technologies of transparent mines and geological support,key technologies of disaster risk identification,monitoring and early warning,and key technologies of typical dynamic disaster prevention and control In future studies,supports for basic research on deep mining and independent innovation of major instruments and scientific devices should be increased Research on basic theories and key technologies of deep coal mining should be emphasized,and the theoretical and technical bottlenecks restricting China’s deep coal mining are expected to be removed based on technological innovation Strengthen analysis of multi-physical and chemical field coupling disaster mechanism in deep mining; realize precise geological exploration and three-dimensional geological visualization; establish a deep mining disaster risk identification and rationality evaluation model; conduct research on multi-parameter disaster early warning and prevention and control technology and equipment,to achieve effective early warning and precise prevention and control of disasters As a result,a theory and technical standards system for deep coal mining response and disaster prevention and control is expected to be established Meanwhile,according to full understanding of various disaster characteristics,the limits of control capabilities and the technical and economic feasibility,the depth limit of mining is expected to be determined Finally,scientific problems and major technical issues faced by deep mining are effectively solved,guarding safe efficient mining in deep coal mines.
