基于有限体积法的煤粒瓦斯放散无因次分析

Dimensionless analysis of gas emission in coal particles based on finite volume method

  • 摘要: 根据煤粒瓦斯解吸放散的特点,基于达西定律,建立了圆柱形煤粒瓦斯放散微分方程,并运用有限体积法对方程进行处理。引入无因次准数,对瓦斯放散微分方程及运用有限体积法进行离散处理后的方程进行无因次化。通过编写Visual Basic计算机程序对方程进行解算,得到不同时间不同节点处煤粒内部瓦斯压力变化曲线、瓦斯解吸速度变化曲线、瓦斯累积解吸量变化曲线和瓦斯含量变化曲线。通过分析无因次曲线图,并给出应用实例,进而得到煤粒瓦斯解吸放散规律。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of gas emission in coal particles and Darcy’s law,authors proposed a gas e- mission differential equation of cylindrical coal particles,which was solved with finite volume method. Dimensionless numbers were imported to carry out the dimensionless criterion of the differential equation and the discretized equation obtained with finite volume method. A computer program was coded in Visual Basic to solve the equations. According to results,the gas pressure variation curves of different times and space nodes within the coal particles,the gas curves of desorption speed variation,gas accumulative desorption amount variation curves and gas content variation curves were obtained. The dimensionless curves was analysed,an application example was given,then the laws of gas desorp- tion and emission within coal particles were obtained.
