滚筒采煤机截割载荷的模拟系统开发及其模拟

Development of cutting load simulation system and its simulation study on drum shearer

  • 摘要: 为解决因采煤机螺旋滚筒截割载荷计算难、导致滚筒设计缺少依据、产品质量低、截割性能差的实际问题,在给出滚筒截割载荷确定方法的基础上,基于Matlab/GUI开发了采煤机螺旋滚筒截割载荷的模拟系统。该系统采用Matlab/GUI界面,利用Matlab软件为平台,通过输入不同的滚筒及采煤机参数和煤岩的特性参数,可模拟采煤机截割各种对象、以各运动参数工作时滚筒的截割载荷,并能直观显示各载荷的图形、数据和统计结果。该系统具有数据与程序分离、操作简便、适应性强等特点,能快速、准确地获取滚筒的截割载荷。以国产某型薄煤层采煤机为例,对其滚筒截割载荷进行了模拟分析,得出了前、后滚筒三向载荷和负载扭矩曲线及统计结果,搞清了该采煤机截割载荷的大小、变化规律及其相关关系,为改进滚筒设计、研究、评价和改善采煤机的截割性能提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of lacking design evidence,low design quality and poor cutting performance of a shearer spiral drum because of the difficulty in its cutting load calculation,a simulation system of a shearer drum cut- ting loads has been developed using Matlab / GUI software based on a load determination method in this study. Matlab /GUI interface is adapted and Matlab software is applied as a platform in the system. The cutting loads on the drum when different objects are cut with different kinematic parameters are simulated and determined by entering the char- acteristic parameters of each drum and shearer,and the characteristic parameters of coal and rock on a coal face,then each load graphics,data and statistics are visually displayed. By separating data and procedures,the system is easy to operate,and has a good adaptability. It can quickly and effectively obtain the cutting loads of a spiral drum. Taken a domestic thin seam shearer as an example,the drum cutting loads are simulated and analyzed,the front and back drum loads,load torque curves and statistical results are obtained,the magnitudes of the loads,the relationship and laws are found,which provides a basis for improving the design of drum,evaluating and improving shearer cutting performance.
