刨煤机牵引块疲劳寿命分析与优化设计

摘要: 作为刨煤机关键零件的牵引块,其性能对刨煤机的工作效率及动态可靠性有重大影响。以刚柔耦合多体系统动力学理论为基础,建立以刨刀和牵引块为模态中性文件的刨煤机刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型;结合实际工况,基于"刨煤机设计计算系统软件"获得的刨刀和刨链的载荷文件,通过ADAMS仿真得到了牵引块的应力与应变云图;基于ADAMS的仿真结果,利用NSOFT软件对牵引块进行疲劳寿命分析,并对疲劳寿命较低的12个区域进行优化设计,使牵引块等效应力和应变最大值分别降低了46.4%和48%,最小疲劳寿命提高了184.35%,满足设计要求。Abstract: As a key component of coal plough,traction block has a significant impact on the work efficiency and dy- namic reliability of coal plough. Based on the coupled multi-body system dynamics theory,the coal plough’ s flexible virtual prototype coupling model of plow bit and traction block was established in this study. Combined with the actual working conditions,plow bit and plough chain’s load files were obtained based on the “coal plough design system soft- ware”. The equivalent stress and strain contours of the traction block were obtained using ADAMS. Also,the traction block’ fatigue life analysis was conducted using NSOFT. In addition,the optimal design in 12 areas of low fatigue life were performed. After the optimal design,the traction block’s maximum equivalent stress and strain were reduced by 46. 4% and 48% respectively,and the lowest fatigue life was increased by 184. 35% ,which met the design require- ments.
