Abstract: The origin and development of coal burning goes through the basic process of smoldering coal-soot-open-ex- tinguish. Coal combustion products have three series:Coal product series,burning gases and their condensation prod- ucts series and burnt rock series. Coal product series includes burning coal,coal ash,coal tar;burning gas series in- cludes products such as hydrogen sulfide gas,and gas condensate ( glauber’ s salt,sulphur);burn and minerals and rocks series include ash deposits,burnt minerals and burnt rocks. Combining previous research results of burnt rocks, according to its degree of burnt change,burnt rocks can be divided into the melted rocks,baked rocks and melted- baked transition of burnt rocks. Based on the study above,and the model of coal seam spontaneous combustion burnt products profile has been established.
