不同变质程度煤燃烧阶段链烃生成规律

Chain hydrocarbons formation law of different metamorphic grade coals at combustion phase

  • 摘要: 为研究封闭火区内不同煤种生成气体组分及变化规律,选取平庄矿褐煤、王营矿气煤、朱仙庄矿焦煤和马堡矿瘦煤为试验煤样,通过热重确定了煤燃烧阶段的温度范围。采用双管电炉自制程序升温燃烧试验对4种不同变质程度的煤进行燃烧,对生成的链烃初现温度、体积分数及氧浓度变化规律进行了分析。研究结果表明:褐煤、气煤、焦煤和瘦煤燃烧阶段温度分别为247~433,279~542,313~574和333~618℃;煤变质程度越高,则其生成链烃气体的体积分数越小且耗氧量越大。当发生火灾事故且封闭火区后,可以综合考虑煤变质程度与火区监测的链烃生成量等因素,并根据链烃气体与温度的变化规律判定封闭火区火势发展状况,为进一步开展灭火奠定基础。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the gas formation components generated from different coals and the variation characteris- tics in a closed fire zone,the lignite of Pingzhuang Coal Mine,the gas coal of Wangying Coal Mine,the coking coal of Zhuxianzhuang Coal Mine and the lean coal of Mapu Coal Mine were selected as experimental coal samples. The tem- perature range of coals at the combustion phase were determined by thermogravimetric experiment. Using a self-made temperature programmed system,the combustion experiments on four kinds of coals were conducted in a tube furnace. The change laws of volume fractions,the initial temperature of chain hydrocarbons and oxygen concentration were ana- lyzed. The results show that the temperature range of lignite at the combustion phase is 247-433 ℃ ,the temperature range of gas coal at the combustion phase is 279-542 ℃ ,the temperature range of coking coal at the combustion phase is 313-574 ℃ ,and the temperature range of lean coal at the combustion phase is 333-618 ℃ . With the increase of metamorphic grade,the volume fractions of chain hydrocarbons decrease,the oxygen consumption increases. After the coal mine fire occurs and the fire zone is closed,the factors of the metamorphic grade and the formation amount of chain hydrocarbons can be comprehensively considered,the variation of chain hydrocarbons and temperature can be used to determine the fire zone development trend and lay a good foundation for fire prevention and extinguishment.
