阻抗测试方法在瓦斯水合防突模拟实验中的应用

Application of impedance test method in the simulation experiment of mine gas hydrate outburst prevention

  • 摘要: 阻抗法可以监测各种固体、液体内部以及界面电荷的束缚和移动的变化特性。利用突出煤体中瓦斯水合固化过程阻抗特性监测实验装置,以不同质量分数NaCl溶液作为煤体孔隙液体,测试了相同孔隙度煤体中瓦斯水合固化过程阻抗变化特征。结果显示:实验釜中阻抗变化分为三个层位区域,分析瓦斯水合过程阻抗变化特征曲线,上层位阻抗逐渐增大瓦斯水合物形成量较大,下层位阻抗逐渐降低水合物未在此区域形成。通过NaCl质量分数曲线标定,获取了水合反应水的转化情况,基于PR状态方程结合瓦斯变化情况建立了瓦斯水合物生长计算模型,依据色谱分析结果计算了瓦斯水合物的含气率。

     

    Abstract: Impedance method can be used to monitor the changes of the binding and movement of various solid,liquid inner and interface charges. The impedance characteristic monitoring experiment devices of mine gas hydrate curing process of outburst coal are used to estimate the impedance changes during the process of mine gas hydrate curing with the same porosity in coal under the condition of different mass fractions of NaCl solution which is used as the coal pore liquid. The experimental results show that the impedance variation in the experimental reactor is divided into three lay- ers and the curve of impedance variation of mine gas hydrate curing process is analyzed that the amount of mine gas hydrate formation is larger in the upper layer and the impedance reduces gradually in the lower layer without mine gas hydrate formation. The water conversation of hydration is obtained by using the calibration of NaCl mass fraction curve; the mine gas hydrate growth model is established based on the PR state equation and the changes of mine gas,and the gas content of mine gas hydrate is calculated according to the results of chromatography analysis.
