圆形巷道围岩塑性区的一般形态及其判定准则

General shapes and criterion for surrounding rock mass plastic zone of round roadway

  • 摘要: 巷道围岩塑性区形态决定了巷道围岩的破坏形式及破坏程度,以塑性区边界隐性方程为基础全面研究了圆形巷道围岩塑性区一般形态的变化规律。结果表明:在不同围压状态下均质围岩圆形巷道塑性区一般表现出圆形、椭圆形、蝶形3种形态。通过理论分析找到了3种形态的数学力学含义,并推导出不同形态下的判定准则。提出了塑性区形态系数的概念,推导出了形态系数的计算公式,利用其大小可判别塑性区形态特征。通过FLAC3D数值模拟方法验证了理论计算的正确性。研究成果可作为巷道稳定性分析、支护设计、冒顶灾害防治、冲击地压预测与防治、煤与瓦斯突出预测与防治等工程实践的理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Considering the plastic zone shape of roadway surrounding rock determines the failure mode and the damage degree of surrounding rock,the evolution law for general shape of circular roadway plastic zone is comprehensively re- searched based on the plastic zone boundary implicit equation. And the results show that giving a certain kind of rock lithology,the surrounding rock plastic zone of circular roadway under a variety of confining pressure shows three theo- retical shapes:round,oval and butterfly. Besides,the mathematical and mechanical meaning of the three shapes are found and the criteria of different shapes is derived through theoretical analysis. The concept of shape coefficient of plastic zone is put forward,and the formula of shape coefficient is derived,whose magnitude can represent the morpho- logical characteristics of the plastic zone. With numerical simulation FLAC3D ,the correctness of the theoretical calcula- tion is verified. The research results can be used as theory basis of engineering practice for the roadway stability analy- sis,the supporting design,the prevention and control of roof fall disaster,the prediction and prevention of rock burst, the prediction and prevention of coal and gas outburst,etc.
