复合力场中煤岩显微组分的高效富集

摘要: 以神东煤制油煤样为研究对象,建立了煤岩显微组分基于灰分差异的赋存规律模型,并提出了基于离心力场强化的煤岩组分分选方法。借助强化重力分选机对1~0.25 mm粒级煤样进行变参数分选试验研究,揭示了基于离心力场强化的分选机制。试验结果表明,镜质组含量与煤样灰分关系显著,模型关系可用指数函数模型表示。分选试验结果表明,煤岩组分可以在复合力场中得到有效富集,分选精煤的镜质组含量可以达到70%,精煤产率可达80%。对于1~0.25 mm粒级煤样,为使流态化水压为颗粒群的提供足够的径向分层动力,高效分选需要在较低的离心力条件下进行。复合力场有效强化了煤岩显微组分间的分选行为差异,可有效实现煤岩显微组分的富集。Abstract: The mathematical model between ash content and coal macerals content was established based on the coal samples used for coal liquefaction in Shendong. The feasibility of the enrichment of coal macerals in compound force field was verified in this paper. The experimental research on the variable parameter separation of 1 -0. 25 mm coal sample was carried out by Falcon concentrator,and the separation mechanism based on the enhancement of centrifugal force field was revealed. The results show that the relationship between macerals content and ash content is obvious, and the model relationship can be expressed by an exponential function model. The separation test results show that the vitrinite content can be improved significantly in the compound force field,the vitrinite content in clean coal can reach 70% ,meanwhile,and the yield of clean coal is up to 80% . For 1-0. 25 mm samples,in order to provide sufficient ra-dial stratification power by fluidized water,the effective separation should be controlled in a lower centrifugal force condition. The compound force field can effectively strengthen the separation behavior difference between different coal macerals,which can effectively realize the enrichment of coal macerals.
