基于滚筒实验载荷的采煤机滑靴动力学特性分析
Analysis of the dynamics characteristics of shearer sliding boots based on roller experimental load

摘要: 针对采煤机平滑靴、导向滑靴、刮板输送机销排之间寿命不匹配、可靠性低的问题,采用虚拟样机技术建立了包含刮板输送机中部槽线路形态特征、摇臂柔性变形特征、平滑靴与中部槽接触摩擦特征、导向滑靴与销排含间隙接触碰撞特征、驱动轮与销排的接触啮合特征的采煤机刚柔耦合动力学模型,再以滚筒实验载荷为激励对模型进行仿真研究,结果表明:在实验载荷激励下,致使左平滑靴在y向的载荷大于右平滑靴,两者载荷仿真均值约为198.2,78.2 k N,在z向载荷相接近,仿真均值约为-20.0,-16.5 k N;左、右导向滑靴在y向的载荷仿真均值约为42.0,45.2 k N,在z向载荷均值约为289.9,270.1 k N;通过实验验证了仿真结果,并利用仿真模型分析了不同俯仰角、侧倾角情况下滑靴受力变化规律,为研究不同工况下采煤机整机力学特性提供依据。Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of low reliability and the mismatch of service life among of the pin row, flat sliding boots and guidance sliding boots of the shearer,based on the virtual prototype technology,the shearer rigid- flexible coupling dynamics model is set up,which includes the pattern characteristics of the middle slot of the scraper, the rocker flexible deformation characteristics,the contact friction characteristics between the flat sliding boots and the middle slot,the gap-included contact collision characteristics between the guiding sliding boots and the pin row,and the contact meshing characteristics between the driving wheels and the pin row. The model simulation is performed by taking the roller experimental load as the stimulus. The results show that under the experimental load stimulus,the load of the left flat sliding boot is bigger than that of the right in y direction,the average loads of the left and the right are 198. 2 kN and 78. 2 kN,in z direction are -20. 0 kN and -16. 5 kN;the average loads of the left and the right guid- ance sliding boots in y direction are 42. 0 kN and 45. 2 kN,in z direction are 289. 9 kN and 270. 1 kN. The simulation results are validated by experiment,the force variation laws of sliding boots under different pitching angles and lateral angles are analyzed by applying the simulation model,and that provides a basis for the mechanic characteristics research of shearer under different working conditions.
