基于物料分布特征的刮板输送机运行阻力分析

Analysis of operation resistance of scraper conveyor based on material distribution characteristics

  • 摘要: 考虑到常规的链条安全系数是按照两个链条共同承受外界载荷来计算的,而实际情况是两根链条载荷是不均匀的,因此研究了基于考虑物料分布特征的刮板输送机运行阻力计算方法。对煤块物料与中部槽底板的摩擦阻力、煤块物料与挡煤板摩擦阻力以及移动的煤块物料与煤壁侧静止物料的摩擦阻力进行理论推导。得到刮板和链条在运行时,不同负载情况下的运行阻力计算公式。依托国家能源局研发(实验)中心建设的综采成套装备模拟实验台对基于物料分布特征的运行阻力计算方法进行实验研究。研究结果表明:本计算方法与实验数据误差在允许范围内。基于考虑物料分布特征的刮板输送机运行阻力计算方法可为后续进行偏置载荷影响下的链条寿命预测、安全系数计算等提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Considering that the conventional chain safety factor is calculated according to the external load of two chains,and the actual situation is that the load of two chains is uneven,this paper studies the calculation method of the operation resistance of scraper conveyor based on the material distribution characteristics. The frictional resistance of the coal material and the bottom of the central trough,frictional resistance of the coal material and the retaining plate, and the frictional resistance of the moving coal material and the static material on the wall side are deduced theoreti- cally. The calculation formula of the running resistance of the scraper and chain is obtained under different load condi- tions. Based on the simulation test rig of fully mechanized complete sets of equipment constructed by National Energy Agency Research and Development (experimental) Center,this paper investigates the operating resistance calculation method on the basis of the material distribution characteristics. The research results show that the computational meth- od and the error of experimental data are within the allowable range. In this paper,the calculation method of the oper- ating resistance of scraper conveyor based on the material distribution characteristics provides the basis for the chain life prediction and the safety factor calculation under the influence of offset load.
