Experimental system of rheological disturbance effect of RRTS-IV rock

  • 摘要: 深部煤炭资源开采面临着高地应和强扰动等问题,进行岩石流变扰动效应的相关研究是解决问题的关键。为了进一步深入研究岩石流变扰动效应,根据试验需求和以往试验系统的不足,研制了RRTS-IV型岩石流变扰动效应试验系统,该系统主要包括试验仪主机、扰动加载装置、逐级加载辅助装置及测试分析系统4部分。其中,试验仪主机应用杠杆原理,采用两级杠杆扩力,扩力比为1∶100,可为试验提供长期而稳定的轴压; 扰动加载装置采用弹簧和行程开关的组合设计,缩减了约1/2的冲击砝码随机往复振荡时间,使获得的试验数据更加准确; 逐级加载辅助装置应用定滑轮与吊桶的组合设计,帮助试验仪实现低等级连续缓慢的逐级加载功能,为试验提供必要条件; 测试分析系统由动态测试信号分析系统和各类型传感器组成,可对应力、应变、冲击扰动进行动态监测。通过岩石单轴流变及其扰动效应试验验证了RRTS-IV型试验系统性能。试验结果表明,应用RRTS-IV型试验系统取得的试验结果符合前人的理论和研究成果,且性能优于以往试验系统。RRTS-IV型试验系统适用于岩石流变及其扰动效应相关试验研究。

     

    Abstract: The extraction of deep coal resources is challenged with the problems of high ground stress and strong disturbance.The key to solve the problem is to study the effect of rock rheological disturbance.In order to further study the rock rheological disturbance effect, according to the experimental requirements, aiming at the short-comings of the previous test system, a RRTS-IV rock rheological disturbance effect Test system has been developed.The test system mainly includes four parts:the main engine of the tester, the disturbance loading device, the step by step loading auxiliary device and the test and analysis system.The main engine of the tester applies the lever principle, and the two-stage lever is used to expand the force, and the expansion ratio is 1∶100, which can provide a long-term and stable axial pressure for the test.The disturbance loading device adopts the combination design of spring and stroke switch, which reduces the random reciprocating shock time of impact weight and makes the test data more accurate.The step by step loading auxiliary device applies the combination design of fixed pulley and bucket, and helps the tester realizes the function of low grade continuous and slow step by step loading, which provides the necessary conditions for the smooth progress of the test.The test analysis system is composed of a dynamic test signal analysis system and various types of sensors, which can dynamically monitor the stress, strain and impact disturbance.The performance of RRTS-IV test system is verified by the uniaxial flow test of rock and its disturbance effect test.The results of the test show that the experimental results obtained by the RRTS-IV type test system are consistent with the previous theories and research results, and the performance of the testing system is better than the previous testing system.The RRTS-IV test system is suitable for the experimental study of rock rheology and its disturbance effect.
