电解液浓度对泥岩电化学改性效果的影响

Influence of electrolyte concentration on electrochemical modified effects mudstone

  • 摘要: 为阐明电解液浓度变化对泥岩电化学改性效果的影响规律,自行研制了泥岩电化学改性的渗滤式试验装置,并进行了不同电解液浓度下泥岩的电化学改性试验。渗滤式试验装置由电源、电流表、电压表、导线、样品室和缓释腔等组成,通过向阴阳极缓释腔内填充不同的缓释材料阻断或减弱水电解产生的极端pH环境对岩样和电极的腐蚀作用。结合岩样的巴西劈裂、吸水膨胀、电阻率和X-射线衍射测试结果,研究了电化学作用下泥岩抗拉强度、吸水性、胀缩性、电阻率以及矿物组成等物性的变化规律,并探讨了物性变化的相关性。结果表明:①电化学改性岩样以0.5 mol/L为拐点,抗拉强度随电解液浓度增加先降后增,测试结果的离散性增大;而吸水率、膨胀率、电阻率变化趋势相近,均随电解液浓度增加先增后降。②电化学作用后岩样矿物成分石英相对含量随电解液溶液增加单调递增,方解石单调递减,而白云母和绿泥石则变化不大。③电化学改性岩样抗拉强度、吸水性、膨胀性、电阻率以及矿物组成等物性间存在一定的联动性:抗拉强度随石英含量增加线性递增而随方解石含量增加线性递减,吸水率和膨胀率随抗拉强度增加线性递减,而电阻率与抗拉强度的关系难以用某种特定的函数关系定量表述。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of electrolyte concentration on the electrochemical modification of mudstone,a percolation experimental apparatus for the electrochemical modification of mudstone was developed,and the electrochemical modification experiments of mudstone under different electrolyte concentrations were carried out. The percolation experimental apparatus is composed of a power supply,an ammeter,a voltmeter,a wire,a sample chamber and a slow-release chamber,etc.,by filling the cathode and anode slow-release chamber with different sustained-release materials to block or weaken the corrosion of the extreme pH environment produced by water electrolysis on rock samples and electrodes. Based on the test results of Brazilian splitting,water absorption expansion,resistivity and X-ray diffraction of rock samples,the changes of physical properties such as tensile strength,water absorption,swelling and shrinkage,resistivity and mineral composition of mudstone under electrochemical action were studied,and the correlation of physical properties was discussed. The results show that:①with 0.5 mol/L as the inflection point,the tensile strength decreases at first and then increases with the increase of electrolyte concentration,and the discreteness of the test results increases,while the change trends of water absorption,expansion and resistivity are similar,all increase at first and then decrease with the increase of electrolyte concentration. ②After electrochemical action,the relative content of quartz in rock samples increases monotonously with the increase of electrolyte solution,while calcite decreases monotonously,while muscovite and chlorite change little. ③There is a certain linkage among the physical properties of electrochemically modified rock samples,such as tensile strength,water absorption,expansibility,resistivity and mineral composition:the tensile strength increases linearly with the increase of quartz content and decreases linearly with the increase of calcite content. Water absorption and expansion ratio decrease linearly with the increase of tensile strength,but the relationship between resistivity and tensile strength is difficult to be expressed quantitatively by a specific function.
