Abstract:
Continuous transportation of coal mine is the key link of coal mining, and an important part of realizing safe, efficient, intelligent and green mining of coal mine. This paper deeply analyzes the research status of continuous transportation system in coal flow detection, energy saving control, equipment life cycle management and multi-system cooperative control, and points out the key technical problems of continuous transportation system, such as high energy consumption, difficult monitoring, poor coordination and low intelligence degree. In order to continuously improve the intelligent level of coal mine continuous transportation system, the academic thought of “transportation is traffic flow” is proposed, the connotation of academic thought is defined, the logical structure of academic thought is constructed, the four key technologies of intelligent coal mine continuous transportation system are condensed, and the four key technologies of continuous transportation system based on coal flow and their solutions are given. The coal flow detection model of each node of the coal mine continuous transportation system is established, the coal flow detection method of multi-information fusion is proposed, the coal flow database is constructed, the continuous transportation system is digitized, and the solid foundation of the intelligent continuous transportation system is laid. The intelligent speed regulation model of continuous transportation equipment based on coal flow data is established, and the energy-saving speed regulation control strategy of “more coal in fast transportation, less coal in slow transportation, and no coal outage” is formulated. Adaptive velocity control method of neural network based on coal flow is proposed, which realized the energy-saving and efficient operation of continuous transportation equipment. The intelligent maintenance and health management model of continuous transportation equipment in the whole life cycle based on coal flow data is established, and the intelligent maintenance method of predicting equipment status information with coal flow data is proposed, which ensures the safe, stable, continuous and efficient operation of continuous transportation equipment. A cooperative control model of multi-continuous transportation equipment based on coal flow data is established, and a matching method of speed and coal flow based on “age-energy efficiency” is proposed to realize the efficient cooperative operation of multi-continuous transportation equipment. The academic idea of "transportation is traffic flow" has been applied in Shaanxi Coal Mine, Ningxia coal Mine and other coal mines, realizing energy-saving speed regulation and collaborative operation of multiple continuous transportation systems, and improving the safety, efficiency, reliability and intelligence level of multi-continuous transportation systems in coal mines.
