Abstract:
In order to further improve the development efficiency of coal and coalbed methane,it is necessary to optimize the coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane.Aiming at this problem,taking Jincheng mining area as the research object,the optimized decision-making thinking of the coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane at three levels of“coal face→mining area→coal mine” was put forward based on the thought of hierarchical planning.The three zones of coal and coalbed methane development in coal face was defined. The decisionmaking theory of coordinated development of coal and coalbed methane in coal face was constructed by using nonlinear programming mathematical method.Based on the key control factors of time length in three zones,the control mechanism of time length in three zones was established,and the critical indicators of transition between special stages were clarified.Based on the content of optimized decision-making objective,from three aspects of safety,economy and resource efficiency,the evaluation index system and evaluation criteria for the coordinated development effect of coal and coalbed methane in coal face was constructed by using system analysis and induction deduction method,and the quantitative evaluation of the coordinated development effect of coal and coalbed methane in the coal face of No.5301 of the east five panel area of Sihe Coal Mine verified that the evaluation index system had a good field applicability.Based on coalbed methane development technology and coalbed methane occurrence conditions,the prediction model of coalbed methane production was established by using BP neural network algorithm,and the on-site operability of the prediction model was demonstrated by taking the surface vertical well and the long borehole along the seam as the technical representative of coalbed methane production in Sihe coal mine.Based on the time control mechanism of three zones,the conservation law of resources in the whole life cycle of coal and coalbed methane development as the constitutive model,and the prediction model of coalbed methane production,an optimization decision model of coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane in coal mining face with the time of three zones as the most basic variable to be solved was constructed,and the decision model was based on the evaluation index system and the critical indicators of transition between special stages as the solution constraint.On this basis,the optimized decision-making process of coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane in coal face was established,which could be realized by computer programming language,and the specific process was “build and solve space-time relationship constraint equation of all technical schemes of the three areas→determine the best development scheme of each technical scheme through coordinated development effect evaluation→optimize the best development scheme from the best development schemes of all technical schemes”.The research showed that the optimization method of the coordinated development mode of coal and coalbed methane was feasible in theory and practice,which took the coal and coalbed methane occurrence conditions,mining technology,field practice data as basic data,nonlinear planning,artificial intelligence as modeling method,and computer programming as specific implementation means,and the optimization method could provide a guidance for solving the time-space contradiction between coalbed methane mining and coal mining in Jincheng mining area.
