煤矿坚强智能电网建设理论与技术探讨

  • 摘要: 介绍了国内外智能电网的发展状况,针对中国煤炭企业智能煤矿建设的需求和现在煤矿井下电网存在的问题,提出建设具有煤矿特点和优势的坚强安全、智能控制的“煤矿坚强智能电网”的思路。 分析了井下用电负荷集中化的趋势和事故多发的原因,指出了煤矿电网结构、监测和保护、电能质量、信息系统等方面存在的不足;提出“坚强与智能同行,智能和坚强共进”的煤矿智能电网建设理念,给出了煤矿坚强智能电网的拓扑结构。 建设煤矿坚强智能电网主要有:用先进材料、先进装备和先进工艺建设主干坚强、科学冗余的坚强电网架构;对电网安全参数和动态运行状况进行连续大数据监测的感知系统、基于深度学习的分析判断智能控制系统和基于 5G 网络的智能电网通信系统,实现煤矿电网的预先感知、智能控制、互联互通。 描述了煤矿坚强智能电网的自感知、自强安全、自愈和自储备分布式电源 4 个基本预期优势。 利用煤矿得天独厚的优势,建设水蓄能发电和压缩空气蓄能发电为核心的自储备电源。 并提出建立我国煤矿智能电网技术体系,研究攻关克服多种技术组合的煤矿电网应用技术,深入研究煤矿智能电网高性能传感技术、高端技术装备和智能控制系统;制定煤矿坚强智能电网的技术标准,并敢为人先,创新实践,加快煤矿坚强智能电网的发展步伐。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the coal mine power grid in the process of intelligent mine construction in coal mines and the development status of intelligent power grid at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the idea of building a robust,safe and intelligent control “coal mine robust intelligent power grid” with coal mine characteristics and advantages. This paper analyzes the trend of underground power load concentration and the causes of frequent ac- cidents,points out the shortcomings of coal mine power grid structure,monitoring and protection,and puts forward the construction concept of coal mine intelligent power grid,which is “robust and intelligent,smart and robust together”. The topology structure of robust intelligent power grid in coal mine is given. The robust intelligent power grid of coal mine mainly includes:building a robust and scientific redundant power grid structure with advanced materials,equipment and technology;constructing a continuous big data monitoring perception system for static safety parameters and dynamic operation of power grid,an analysis and judgment intelligent control system based on deep learning and an intelligent power grid communication system based on 5G network to realize coal mine electricity network pre-sensing, intelligent control and interconnection. This paper describes four basic characteristics of the coal mine robust smart grid,which are self-perception,self-improvement safety,self-healing and self-reserve distributed power. Taking advantage of the unique advantages of coal mines,the self-reserve power supply with water storage power generation and compressed air storage power generation as the core is constructed. It is also proposed to find out the shortcomings of China’s coal mine smart grid technology,focus on research and overcome,in-depth study of high-performance sensing technology,high-end technical equipment and intelligent control system of coal mine smart grid,formulate technical standards of coal mine robust smart grid,and speed up the development of coal mine robust smart grid.
