  • 摘要: 为了解决目前基于环状电极静电感应法粉尘质量浓度传感器对低质量浓度粉尘的测试误 差大、抗干扰能力差的问题,改进静电法粉尘质量浓度传感器的探测电极,将环状探测电极改为由 环状电极与板状电极组合的板-环探测电极。 通过分别建立环状探测电极、板环状探测电极的三 维有限元模型,采用 COMSOL 仿真软件计算与对比 2 种探测电极的空间灵敏度,仿真结果表明:相 对环状探测电极,板-环探测电极中心处多出一个驼峰,证明了板-环探测电极的空间灵敏度数值 较高,有利于低质量浓度粉尘的检测;然后分析了板-环探测电极结构尺寸对其空间灵敏度的影响 规律,确定了板-环探测电极的尺寸参数,板-环探测电极的直径设置为 30 mm,长度设置为 40 mm。 并设计了板-环探测电极感应信号处理电路,结合板-环探测电极、绝缘体、屏蔽层、数值信号处理 电路,研制出新型静电感应法粉尘质量浓度传感器。 最后通过试验表明,相对环状电极的静电感应 法粉尘质量浓度传感器,板-环探测电极静电法粉尘质量浓度传感器信噪比提高了约 3 倍,分辨率提高了约2倍,测量误差由目前的15%减少到 10%,提高了静电感应法粉尘质量浓度传感器的检 测精度。 促进了静电感应法粉尘质量浓度传感器在煤矿的应用,提升了煤矿粉尘质量浓度检测技 术的发展。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of large test error and poor antiinterference ability of the current electrostatic induction dust concentration sensor based on ring electrode for lowconcentration dust, the detection electrode of the dust sensor has been improved, and the ringshaped detection electrode has been changed to a platering detection electrode composed of a ring electrode and a plate electrode. Through the establishment of threedimensional finite element models of the ringshaped detection electrode and the plateshaped ringshaped detection electrode, the spatial sensitivity of the two detection electrodes were calculated and compared by using COMSOL. The simulation results show that there is an extra hump at the center of the platering detection electrode compared to the ringshaped detection electrode.The results prove that the spatial sensitivity of the platering detection electrode is relatively high, which is beneficial to the detection of lowconcentration dust. Then the influence of the structure size of the platering detection electrode on its spatial sensitivity was analyzed, and the size parameters of the platering detection electrode were determined. The diameter of the platering detection electrode was set to 30 mm and the length was set to 40 mm. The platering detection electrode induction signal processing circuit was designed, and a new type of electrostatic induction dust mass concentration sensor was developed by combining the platering detection electrode, insulator, shielding layer and numerical signal processing circuit. Finally, according to the experimental results, compared with the electrostatic induction dust concentration sensor with ring electrodes, the signaltonoise ratio of the platering detection electrode electrostatic dust concentration sensor was increased by about three times, the resolution was increased by about two times, and the measurement error was reduced by 15% to 10%. The detection accuracy of the electrostatic induction dust mass concentration sensor was improved.It promoted the application of electrostatic induction dust concentration sensors in coal mines, and improved the development of coal mine dust quality concentration detection technology.
