Unified formula for average temperature of frozen soil wall by row-piped freezing

  • 摘要: 考虑到"成冰"公式过于保守以及平均温度理论解的计算公式较为复杂的特点,根据排管布置下冻土帷幕温度场平均温度等效截面法解的形式,利用数值拟合的方法得到了适用于单排、双排以及3排布管形式下冻土帷幕平均温度通用经验公式。在实际工程中常见的冻结管平面布置参数变化范围内,对该通用公式计算结果相对于依据解析解数值积分计算结果的误差进行的全面的分析。结果表明,该通用公式计算结果与精确解的绝对误差能够控制在±1℃以内,相比于"成冰"公式得到了明显的改善。同时,简便统一的计算形式更便于工程实际应用。

     

    Abstract: Taking into account the poor accuracy of “Chengbing” formula and the complexity of theoretical solutions, a unified empirical formula was proposed to calculate the average temperature of single-row-pipe,double-row-pipe and three-row-pipe frozen soil wall. This formula is concluded from the form of the equivalent section method. Within the possible range of the freezing pipe layout parameters for the practical engineering conditions,a comprehensive error analysis was carried out,comparing the average temperature calculated by empirical formula with the numerical inte- gration of analytical solutions. The results demonstrate that the error of the solution calculated by empirical formula can be controlled within ±1 ℃ ,which bears more favorable accuracy for engineering compared with “Chengbing” formula. Meanwhile,the concise form of the empirical formula makes it possible for its wider application in practical projects.
