综放采空区瓦斯与遗煤自燃耦合灾害危险区域重建技术

Reconstruction technology of gas and coal spontaneous combustion coupled hazard in fully mechanized caving goaf

  • 摘要: 为研究综放采空区瓦斯与遗煤自燃耦合灾害危险区域空间分布规律,及时预防耦合灾害事故发生,研究了综放采空区瓦斯与遗煤自燃耦合灾害危险区域重建技术。在对遗煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸耦合灾害致灾特性研究的基础上,分析了耦合灾害发生原因、判定原理和判定方法。以试验工作面为例,对采空区各气体浓度场测量、重建与分析,考虑其他可燃性气体对CH4爆炸界限的影响,叠加确定了各空间高度上耦合灾害危险区域平面范围,利用三维场重建程序结合空间插值技术,重建出耦合灾害危险区域空间立体分布情况,并对灾害空间参数进行了提取。最后,对采空区高位钻孔瓦斯抽放、隅角注防灭火材料技术方法进行了改进,使之满足耦合灾害防治需要,保证工作面的安全开采。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the spatial distribution rules and preventive measures of gas and coal spontaneous coupled hazard in goaf of mechanized caving face,this paper studied the coupling area reconstruction technology and analyzed the cause and judgment method of coupling based on the cause of explosive and coal spontaneous combustion and gas in the hazardous area. Based on the measurement and analysis of gas concentration and the influence of other flamma- ble gases on CH4 explosion,this paper calculated the ranges of different level coupling areas at the experiment face,re- constructed the distribution of coupling disaster area by three-dimensional reconstruction and spatial interpolation tech- nology,and the parameters of disaster space were extracted. Finally,the high drilling methane drainage,injection-cor- ner fire prevention materials technology were improved to meet the needs of coupling disaster prevention.
