软岩巷道围岩蠕变滞流效应分析

Analysis of surrounding rock creep hesitation effect of soft rock roadway

  • 摘要: 根据现场围岩变形实测数据,发现软岩巷道围岩蠕变能力随软岩层厚度减少而逐渐减弱的特点,提出了软岩巷道围岩蠕变"滞流效应"的观点。基于软硬岩层间摩擦阻力及围岩质点位移约束应力的作用,分析了"滞流效应"发生的力学机理。利用动态仿真技术得到了围岩发生"完全滞流"所对应的临界条件,给出了临界厚度的确定方法。在上述研究的基础上,较为深入地剖析了"让压"的本质原理,指出了"让压"原理的适用性,补充与完善了"二次支护"的内在含义。最后借助于现场工业性试验论证了"滞流效应"的研究对巷道支护方案设计的重要性。

     

    Abstract: According to the deformation monitoring data of surrounding rock at soft rock roadway,it is found that the creep capability of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway is gradually weakened with the decrease of soft rock thick- ness. Thus,the “hesitation effect” of creep of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway was put forward. Based on the effect of friction between hard and soft rock and surrounding rock mass displacement constraint stress,this paper inves- tigated the mechanical mechanism of “ hesitation effect” occurred. Using dynamic simulation technology,the corre- sponding critical condition of the “ completely hesitation effect” of surrounding rock occurred was obtained,and also the calculation method of critical thickness was presented. On the basis of the research above,the essence of “ yield” was analyzed,the applicability of the principle of “ yield” was provided,and the meaning of “ secondary supporting” was introduced and improved. Finally,with the industrial test,the significance of the “hesitation effect” on the design of roadway support was proved.
