基于支架与围岩耦合关系的支架适应性评价方法

Shield-roof adaptability evaluation method based on coupling of parameters between shield and roof strata

  • 摘要: 基于支架与围岩的动态失稳规律,分析了支架与围岩的强度耦合、刚度耦合、稳定性耦合关系,建立了以支架与围岩适应性综合指数为核心的评价模型,研究了评价指标的获取方法及评价流程。研究结果表明:顶板来压形成的冲击动载荷由顶板岩层自重及顶板运移空间共同影响,通过提高顶板来压前支架、直接顶、底板的组合刚度可促使基本顶断裂位置向采空区移动,降低顶板对支架的冲击,利用三维立体防护装置维护支架自身稳定是支架与围岩保持动态平衡的关键。针对不同煤层赋存条件对围岩控制效果的要求,确定各评价指标的优先关系系数矩阵,采用模糊综合判断矩阵计算支架与围岩适应性综合评价指数。通过分析支架对围岩适应性评价结果,有助于进行支架改进优化设计。

     

    Abstract: Based on the dynamic instability of deformation between shield and surrounding rocks,the coupling relation- ship of stiffness,strength,and stability between shield and surrounding rocks was analyzed. An evaluation model for shield-rock adaptability was established using a composite parameter. The methods for acquiring the evaluation param- eters and the evaluation flow sheet were studied. The results show that the dynamic load which was formed in the process of roof weighting is impacted by the roof weight and the roof motion space. The roof fracture location is impact- ed by the stiffness of support,immediate roof and seam floor,which reduce the impact load from roof to support. The key factor to maintain the balance of support and rock was the three dimensional protection device in support. The pre- cedence relation matrix of evaluation index was confirmed based on the requirement of different seams. The compre- hensive evaluation index of support and rock was calculated by fuzzy comprehensive judgment matrix. Some improve- ment of support design can be achieved through analyzing the evaluation result.
