压抽比及风幕发生器位置对机掘工作面阻尘效果的影响

Impact of pressure pumping ratio and location of air curtain generator on the dust resistance effect in fully mechanized workface

  • 摘要: 为了掌握压抽比β、风幕发生器与工作面距离L_w对风幕阻尘效果的影响规律,利用Fluent软件数值模拟了β及L_w不同耦合方式下的风流场及粉尘流场运移情况。结果表明,随着β降低、L_w增大,风幕发生器形成的径向旋流风幕逐步转变为轴向阻尘风幕,β越大、L_w越大,径向旋流风幕的阻尘能力越弱,粉尘的扩散距离Ld随之增大;β越小、L_w越大,形成的轴向阻尘风幕越稳定,Ld随之降低,且轴向阻尘风幕阻尘能力优于径向旋流风幕。根据数值模拟结果,结合生产实际,确定β为0.75、L_w为20 m是风幕阻尘的最佳通风参数设置,将该参数在回坡底煤矿东五采区胶带巷进行了工程应用,实测风速方向及大小与数值模拟结果相对误差较小,说明数值模拟结果较为准确,工作面内形成了厚约3 m的轴向阻尘风幕,现场高浓度粉尘被阻控在距工作面6 m以内、掘进司机前部巷道空间范围内,阻尘效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the influence law of pressure pumping ratio β and the distance between air curtain generator and workface Lw on the air curtain dust resistance effect,the transport conditions of air and dust flow field under different β and Lw coupling conditions were simulated by Fluent. The results show that the radial vortex air cur- tain turns to axial dust resistance air curtain gradually as β become smaller and Lw become larger. The bigger the β is and the larger the Lw is,the worse the dust resistance effect of radial vortex air curtain is and the larger the dust diffu- sion distance Ld become. The smaller the β is and the larger the Lw is,the steadier the axial dust resistance air curtain is,the smaller the Ld become,the dust resistance ability of axial dust resistance air curtain is better than that of radial vortex air curtain. According to the simulation results and actual production,the best ventilation parameter settings for air curtain dust resistance are as β = 0. 75 and Lw = 20 m. These parameters are applied in the belt roadway of east 5th mining area of Huipodi Coal Mine. The relative errors of speed direction and magnitude between measured data and simulation results are small. It means that the simulation results are accurate. The axial dust resistance air curtain whose thickness is 3 m was formed in the workface,a high concentration dust could be controlled within the range in front of heading machine driver’s section about 6 m from the workface,the dust resistance effect is obvious.
