煤化工废水中苯酚的络合萃取机理及模型

Complex extraction mechanism and model of phenol of coal chemical wastewater

  • 摘要: 为了探讨煤化工废水中苯酚的络合萃取机理及模型,以TOA-煤油为络合萃取剂对苯酚进行了络合萃取实验,考察了络合剂浓度、反应温度对萃取平衡分配系数的影响,并基于傅里叶红外分析、液液萃取模型等,探讨了络合萃取过程的机理及建立了苯酚络合萃取的数学模型。结果表明,提高络合剂浓度和降低反应温度有利于萃取平衡分配系数的增加;TOA萃取苯酚属于氢键和离子缔合;TOA与苯酚形成络合物的络合比为1∶1;TOA萃取苯酚的过程为放热反应;TOA络合萃取苯酚的数学模型在不同络合萃取剂浓度下的相对误差为4.46%,在不同温度下的相对误差为1.97%,对实验过程中苯酚的分配系数的预测具有较高的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the mechanism and model of phenol of coal chemical wastewater,the authors selected TOA-kerosene as extraction agent for the complexation extraction experiment of phenol to investigate the effects of complex agent concentration and reaction temperature on the extraction equilibrium partition coefficient, study the mechanism of complex extraction process and establish a mathematical model of phenol extraction based on the FT-IR analysis and liquid-liquid extraction models. The results show that the high concentration of complex agent and lower reaction temperature can increase the extraction equilibrium partition coefficient;the phenol extraction of TOA belongs hydrogen bonding and ion association and the complex ratio is 1 ∶ 1;the phenol extraction process is an exothermic re- action;the relative error of TOA complex extraction model is 4. 46% in different concentrations of TOA,and is 1. 97%in the different temperatures,so it has a higher reliability of prediction experiment distribution coefficient of phenol.
