基于钢筋砼支柱的内错瓦斯尾巷底臌控制机制

Floor heave control mechanism of inner interlocked gas tail road based on reinforced concrete pillar

  • 摘要: 为解决高瓦斯综放工作面内错瓦斯尾巷强烈底臌问题,采用现场实测、理论分析及相似模拟的方法揭示了底臌机制,并据此提出针对性的控制方法。结果表明:在支承压力作用下,底板两侧煤体发生剪切破坏,导致底板被切割为三角区,并在下侧塑性区挤压下抬升形成整体"一"字形底臌;受采动应力的强烈影响,两帮松动圈不断扩大,巷道有效跨度增加,巷帮下底板相继出现新的剪切滑移面,使更多底板煤体参与底臌,导致底臌量不断攀升。基于内错瓦斯尾巷底臌机理及其对支护方面的特殊要求,研发了新型大底座钢筋砼支柱,通过其"控底-助帮"作用实现底臌控制。即沿尾巷轴线布置一排钢筋砼支柱,将顶板荷载传递致底板中央以对其施加反向约束,继而减轻两帮载荷,抑制巷帮松动圈范围扩大,最终实现底臌控制。该控制方法应用于阳煤集团二矿80704综放工作面内错尾巷,成功维护了底板稳定。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of severe floor heave in inner interlocked tail road of high gassy fully mecha- nized top-coal caving face,the mechanism of floor heave was revealed and one of its targeted control methods was put forward through field measurement,theoretical analysis and analogue simulation. The research results show that under the influence of abutment pressure,shear failure occurs on the two sides of floor which is cut into triangular area. Then linear shaped floor heave is formed because the triangular area is lifted by its undersides plastic zone. Because of the strong influence of mining,the loosen zone is expanded and the effective span of the roadway is also expanded. New shear sliding plane is formed in the floor,and more and more coals participate in the floor heave which leads to the more serious floor heave. Based on the mechanism of floor heave in inner interlocked gas tail road and its special re- quirements for supporting,a new type of reinforced concrete pillar with large base was invented. A row of reinforced concrete pillars are set along the tail road axis which can transfer the roof pressure to the floor so that the floor is ap- plied by the reverse constraint,and the load in ribs is decreased so the loosen zone in ribs is restrained. Thus,floor heave control is finally achieved. The control method of floor heave was used in inner interlocked tail gas road in the Workface 80704 of the second mine of Yangquan Group,and some remarkable effects were achieved.
