焦炭溶损反应特性对艾维尔沟煤最佳活惰比的评价

Optimum ratio of active-inert components for Ewirgol coal by the characteristics of coke solution loss reaction

  • 摘要: 将艾维尔沟煤中镜质组富集纯化后配入不同比例惰性组分(标准无烟煤)炼焦,考察所得焦炭的转鼓强度和溶损反应特性及微晶结构。研究结果表明,惰性组分添加对焦炭转鼓强度影响较小(G’>90%)。随着惰性组分的增加,焦炭的最大溶损速率(rmax)先减小后增大,而起始反应温度(Ti)、最大溶损反应速率温度(Tmax)和反应终止温度(Tf)则先增大后减小,且极值点出现在惰性组分为40%60%范围内。Coats-Redfern积分法、XRD和SEM分析也表明惰性组分添加量为50%时所得焦炭溶损反应的活化能最大,基质的有序化程度最高,基质致密均匀。所以,艾维尔沟煤配煤的最佳活惰比是1∶1。

     

    Abstract: The vitrinite obtained from Ewirgol coal was added to the standard anthracite as inert component with differ- ent blending ratios for preparing cokes. The drum strength,the characteristics of solution loss reaction and the micro- crystalline structure of these cokes were studied. The addition of inert component has little effect on the drum strength of cokes (G′>90% ). With the increase of inert component content,the maximum reaction rate (rmax ) decreases first and then increases,however,the temperatures of the initial reaction ( Ti ),the maximum reaction rate( Tmax ) and the finishing reaction (Tf ) first increase and then decrease. And the extreme values of these parameters appear when inert component content accounts for 40% -60% . Also,the Coats-Redfern integration method and XRD and SEM analysis show that the coke with 50% inert component content has a greater activation energy of coke solution loss reaction and the highest degree of ordering characterizes,and the matrix of the coke is compact and homogeneous. Therefore,the op- timum ratio of active-inert components for the Ewirgol coal is 1 ∶ 1.
