Rapid prediction method for explosion hazard in gas mine after sealing fire working face

  • 摘要: 为了对高瓦斯矿井工作面煤自燃火区封闭后甲烷爆炸危险性进行有效预测,利用质量守恒定律对封闭火区在短时间内甲烷和氧气体积分数的变化规律进行推演,构建封闭火区内甲烷和氧气的积聚模型,分析火区封闭以后采空区内的气体体积分数的变化规律及关键影响因素,基于时间交集理论对火区封闭后甲烷爆炸危险性展开讨论,应用甲烷、氧气积聚模型对某矿火区封闭后的甲烷爆炸性进行估算,得到了甲烷爆炸的可能性及发生时间,及时采取相应的预防措施,成功地避免了火区封闭后甲烷爆炸事故。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively predict the gas explosion hazard at a fire region in closed working face due to coal spontaneous combustion in high gas coal mine,in the first place,the variation laws of methane and oxygen concentra- tion of the closed fire zone in a short period were deduced using the law of mass conservation. Afterwards,the accumu- lation models of methane and oxygen (AMMO) in the closed fire were constructed,the variation law and critical influ- encing factors of gases concentration were analyzed in the fire region,and then the hazard of gas explosion at the closed fire zone was discussed based on time intersection theory. In addition,the gas explosion hazard of a closed working face in a certain coal mine was estimated using the (AMMO) model,the possibility and occurrence time of methane explo- sion were obtained,respectively. Eventually,the gas explosion accident in the closed fire region had been successfully avoided because of appropriate and prompt preventive measures taken.
