管道内气体爆炸时火焰传播湍流因子的研究

Study on turbulence factors of flame propagation in tube under gas explosion

  • 摘要: 火焰的最大传播速度对于可燃气体爆炸产生的峰值压力有着重要的影响。在已有文献试验数据的基础上,考虑管道内火焰阵面自湍流效应、管道壁面约束和内部障碍物等因素的影响,分析各影响因素引发的火焰速度加速机理,引入湍流因子考虑爆燃火焰传播速度的湍流效应,提出确定管道内部气体爆燃火焰最大传播速度的简化确定方法。通过与试验数据对比证明了该方法适用性,发现在适用范围内该方法与试验值吻合较好,证明了湍流因子在实际计算中的准确性。湍流因子的确定为工程应用中评测火焰最大速度提供了便利。

     

    Abstract: The velocity of flame propagation has a great influence on the peak pressure caused by gas explosion.The influence of self-development, tube and obstacle on flame velocity were considered on the basis of existing data.In analyzing the acceleration mechanism of flame propagation in tubes, turbulence factors were introduced to measure the turbulence effect of deflagration flame propagation and a simplified calculation method on the maximum velocity of flame propagation was obtained.Compared with test data, the simplified method agrees well with the experimental results within the scope of application, and the accuracy of turbulence factors were proved in calculation.The determination of turbulence factors makes the measurement of flame maximum velocity more convenient.
