采煤机变速截割传动系统动力学特性分析

Analysis of dynamic characteristics for longwall shearer cutting transmission system with varying cutting speed

  • 摘要: 为了克服传统采煤机截割传动系统恒速截割的缺点,提出了一种新型采煤机变速截割传动系统。采用集中质量法建立了包括截割电机转子和滚筒的变速截割传动系统平移-扭转耦合动力学模型,给出了模型中动力学参数的计算方法,并采用AMESim分析了该系统的动态特性。结果表明:设计的变速截割传动系统可以实现变频调速,调速时斜坡信号比阶跃信号对传动系统更有利;在阶跃负载下,无论是恒速截割还是变速截割,与传统采煤机截割传动系统相比,变速截割传动系统齿轮副接触力冲击较小。

     

    Abstract: To overcome the weakness of traditional longwall shearer cutting transmission system (LSCT) with constant cutting speed, a new longwall shearer cutting transmission system with varying cutting speed (LSCT-V) is proposed.The translational-torsional dynamic model of LSCT-V system that includes cutting-motor rotator and drum is established with lumped-parameter method, and the computational formulas of dynamic parameters are provided.The dynamic characteristics of LSCT-V system are analyzed by using AMESim.Simulation results show that the function of frequency control for the designed LSCT-V system is achieved, and the ramp signal is more beneficial to transmission system than the step signal when regulating speed.Compared with LSCT system under the step torque load, the shock of contact force of gear pairs in LSCT-V system is smaller no matter when working in constant cutting speed or in varying cutting speed.
