淮南矿区利用采煤塌陷区建设平原水库研究

Investigation on using mining subsidence area to build a reservoir in Huainan Coal Mining Area

  • 摘要: 淮南矿区煤炭的大规模开采,引起地面大范围塌陷,影响当地经济及可持续发展。在实地调查、开采沉陷预测和理论分析的基础之上,结合矿区有利条件,提出变塌陷区为蓄水水库的思路。研究结果表明:2010年,矿区采煤塌陷面积已达121.4 km~2,积水面积59.8 km~2;根据预测,2020年塌陷面积186.9 km~2,积水面积112.7 km~2;2030年塌陷面积为275.2 km~2、积水面积为195.4 km~2;矿区周边水系众多、天然洼地多,通过湖泊节制闸、花家湖、西淝河闸等与淮河干流相连接,为建设平原水库提供条件。

     

    Abstract: In Huainan coal mining area (HCMA),the large scale coal mining causes a wide range of ground subsid- ence and affects the sustainable development of local economy. Based on the field investigations,the prediction tech- nology of mining subsidence and theoretical analysis,and combined with the favorable factors,the authors propose that a reservoir can be built using the mining subsidence area in HCMA. The results show that before 2010,the area of ground subsidence in HCMA is up to 121. 4 km2 which includes a water area of 59. 8 km2 . According to forecasts,be- fore 2020,the subsidence area and water area will reach 186. 9 km2 and 112. 7 km2 respectively. After 2030,the sub- sidence area will be 275. 2 km2 ,and the water area will be 195. 4 km2 . Numerous river systems and natural depres- sions are distributed around the HCMA,and they connect to the mainstream of Huai River through sluice gates of riv- ers and lakes (i. e. Huajia Lake and Xifei River).
