高热安定性煤基喷气燃料理化性能的试验研究

Experimental study on the physicochemical properties of advanced thermal stability coal-based jet fuel

  • 摘要: 以煤直接液化工艺生产的馏分油为原料制备了煤基喷气燃料,利用气相色谱和质谱对燃料的烃族组成进行了研究,并对燃料的理化性能进行了分析。实验结果表明,煤基喷气燃料主要由环烷烃组成,其中单环烷烃占32%,双环烷烃占42.3%,三环烷烃占13.6%,链烷烃占9.9%,还含有少量的芳香烃。煤基喷气燃料的理化指标均符合GB 6537—2006标准的要求,与石油基3号喷气燃料相比,煤基喷气燃料具有更高的密度。虽然煤基喷气燃料的质量热值较低,但体积热值比3号喷气燃料高3.5%。研究了煤基喷气燃料的密度、黏度随温度的变化关系,得到了密度-温度校正系数和黏度计算公式。

     

    Abstract: A kind of coal-based jet fuel was made out of coal direct liquefied oil. Based on GC-MS analysis,its hydro- carbon group-type consists of 32% monocyclo-alkane,42. 3% bicyclo-alkane,13. 6% tricycle-alkane,9. 9% alkane and some aromatics on a per mass basis. Then,its physicochemical properties were also tested and proved to meet the GB 6537—2006 specification. Compared to China No. 3 jet fuel,it provides high density,lower mass calorific value, and 3. 5% prominent higher volume calorific value. Thereafter its density and viscosity changes along with temperature were studied,which provide the results of temperature correction coefficient for density,and formula to calculate vis- cosity.
