截止型EC电路火花放电模型及其特性分析

Modeling and analysis on spark discharge of EC circuit with cut-off type protection

  • 摘要: 电容电路模型不能满足对于开关型本质安全电源的研究,为此提出了更精确的电势电容EC电路模型作为研究对象。通过不断优化改进截止电路的性能,依据实验波形,发现截止型EC电路火花放电波形具有直接截取特性;进而依据基于IEC火花试验装置而获得的大量实验数据,进行了火花放电特性的分段研究,建立了火花放电阶段截止型EC电路等效火花放电模型电路,推导出相应的数学模型;结合数学模型和数值仿真工具,分析了截止型EC电路本质安全的关键参数对火花放电安全性能的影响。最后采用不同组参数进行实验,其结果验证了所建立数学模型的正确性及特性分析的一致性。

     

    Abstract: According to the practical application of intrinsically safe switching power supply,the model of electric po- tential and capacitor (EC) was proposed. The spark discharge of EC circuit with cut-off type protection was studied through explosive test based on the IEC spark test apparatus. It is found out that the circuit of cut-off type protection can directly intercept the spark discharge process of the EC circuit. The equivalent circuit of the EC circuit with cut-off type protection during spark discharge stage was given. The influence of its key parameters on the discharge power and energy was analyzed with numerical simulation tools. At spark discharge initial stage,the discharge power peak are mainly caused by the capacitor discharge. While,at spark discharge sustained stage,the discharge power are mainly caused by the power supply discharge. The shorter the response time of cut-off type protection,the better the intrinsi- cally safe performance of the corresponding devices. Experimental results show that the proposed model and theoretical analysis are valid and feasible.
