基于槽波透射法的采煤工作面煤厚解释技术

Interpretation technology of coal seam thickness in mining face by ISS transmission method

  • 摘要: 为了探测采煤工作面的煤层厚度,选用适宜频率将在采煤工作面透射法采集的Love型槽波进行波速CT层析成像,根据波速与煤厚的负相关关系以及不同煤厚的基阶振型槽波频散曲线,结合巷道揭露煤厚以确定不同波速所对应的煤厚变化,最后将波速等值线图转化为煤厚等值线图。采用该技术在义马矿区开展了多次煤层厚度探测试验,选用185 Hz频率进行槽波速度CT层析成像,将波速1 250 m/s预测为1.5 m煤厚的等值线,共圈出5处煤厚小于1.5 m的薄煤区;根据改造巷与回采验证,预测准确率达84%,很好地指导了煤矿的安全高效生产。

     

    Abstract: In order to detect the coal seam thickness of coal mining face,CT had been carried out in a suitable fre- quency by using Love-wave collected by transmission method. On the basis of negative correlation between velocity and coal seam thickness,and the channel wave dispersion curve of different coal seam thickness on base-step,and com- bined with coal seam thickness exposed by roadways,the velocity contour had finally been translated to coal seam thickness isoline. Coal seam thickness detection experiments had been taken in Yima coal area by above-mentioned technology. CT had been carried out in a frequency of 185 Hz,a velocity of 1 250 m / s had been predicted as the boundary of coal seam thickness in 1. 5 meters,then the contour of coal seam thickness in 1. 5 meters were drawn,and 5 areas where the coal seam thicknesses were less than 1. 5 meters had been circled. Predication results had been veri- fied in transformed roadways and mined out areas,and the forecast accuracy reached 84% . The safety and high effec- tive production had been guided by the technology in coalmines.
