黏结刚度对预应力锚杆支护效用的数值分析

Numerical analysis of bonding stiffness for support effectiveness of pre-stressed bolts

  • 摘要: 为明确黏结刚度对层状顶板锚杆支护效用的影响,首先介绍了黏结刚度的概念及在FLAC3D中的实现方式,然后利用FLAC3D的interface单元建立了层状顶板巷道模型,综合pile和liner结构单元构建了仿真锚杆模型,并实现了预紧力施加功能,在原岩应力条件下分析了不同黏结刚度对层状顶板的支护效用。研究结果表明:在其他参数一定的条件下,黏结刚度控制锚杆的增阻特性,随黏结刚度增大,增阻特性由缓转急;锚杆支护可显著控制层状顶板离层,黏结刚度越大,控制效果越好;锚杆支护应力场可显著改善巷道围岩的应力状态,减小乃至消除拉应力分布,黏结刚度越大改善效果越明显;锚杆杆体受层理层间滑动影响会发生弯曲变形,但随黏结刚度增大,变形程度得到缓解。鉴于黏结刚度的重要性,提出了提高锚杆黏结刚度的技术途径:优化杆体外表形状、改善围岩接触条件、增强锚固剂黏结性能及提高锚固剂安装质量。

     

    Abstract: To clarify the impact of bonding stiffness on bolts support effectiveness for stratified roof,the concept of bonding stiffness and its realization way in software FLAC3D were firstly introduced,then the roadway model with strat- ified roof was established using the interface elements of FLAC3D,and emulational bolts model was constructed by means of integrating pile structural elements with liner structural elements,whose pretension imposing method was also put forward. Based on these,the support effectiveness of different bonding stiffness for stratified roof were analyzed un- der the condition of in-situ stress. The results show that:Under certain conditions,the bonding stiffness determines the resistance-increasing characteristics of bolts,which vary from slowness to rapidness with the increase of bonding stiff- ness. Bolts support has definite control effectiveness for the separation of stratified roof. The greater the bonding stiff- ness,the better the control effectiveness. Supporting stress field of bolts can improve stress state distinctly,diminishing even eliminating the distribution of tension stress. The improving effect would get better if the bonding stiffness increa- ses. The bolts body would experience bending deformation under the influence of interlayer sliding of beddings,but the deformation degree would be relieved with the increase of bonding stiffness. In consideration of the importance of bond- ing stiffness,the technical approaches of improving the bonding stiffness were put forward,including optimizing the shape of bolts body,improving the contact condition of surrounding rock,strengthening the bonding behavior of anchor agent,and enhancing the installation quality of anchor agent.
