煤变形产气的力化学机理探讨

  • 摘要: 煤与瓦斯突出过程中超量煤层气的产生一直是煤地质学界十分关注的重要问题。通过对近年来国内有关煤的次高温高压实验以及热解实验进行系统地调研,结合力化学研究成果,提出新的认识。研究表明在应力的作用下煤的化学结构会发生变化,侧链和官能团脱落,从而产生气体,对比前人的研究成果发现相同煤级的煤在变形实验和热解实验中会产生不同的气体。力化学研究指出,力的作用不仅可以破坏高分子聚合物的结构,使之产生降解,还可以改变化学反应的途径产生新的物质。因此认为,煤的次高温高压变形实验与煤的热解实验,相同煤级的煤在两个实验下产生的气体不同,可能是由于不同化学键对力和热的敏感程度不同,力的作用改变了化学反应的途径所致。

     

    Abstract: The excess generation of coalbed methane(CBM) during coal and gas outbursts has been an important con- tent of coal geology. The pyrolysis and the sub-high-temperature and sub-high-pressure deformation experiments of coals were systematically investigated. Based on mechanochemistry research,a new opinion is proposed. It is founded that the deformation of coals under tectonic stress can change the chemical structure and promote the breakage of side chains and functional groups,thereby resulting in gas generation. Compared with previous research,the same rank of coals in the pyrolysis experiments and the sub-high-temperature and sub-high-pressure deformation experiments will generate different gases. Mechanochemistry studies indicate that the action of mechanical force can not only cause the degradation and chain scission of polymers,but also bias reaction pathways. According to that study,the reason why the same rank of coals in the pyrolysis experiments and the sub-high-temperature and sub-high-pressure deformation ex- periments could generate different gases may be due to the different degree sensitivity of different chemical bonds,and thus mechanical force changes the chemical reaction pathways.
