激波诱导瓦斯爆炸反应动力学计算模型

Computational model of reaction kinetic for gas explosion induced by shock wave

  • 摘要: 为解释和验证激波诱导瓦斯爆炸化学反应动力学机理的物理模型和数学模型,将激波诱导瓦斯爆炸反应体系定义为一个理想反应体系,将瓦斯气体定义为仅含甲烷的单组分理想气体,反应体系中的所有化学反应都在激波管中进行。利用CHEMKIN4.1软件中的Normal Incident Shock反应器,运用数值分析和数学物理方程的推导方法,对激波诱导瓦斯爆炸反应动力学机理的数学模型进行了推导、细化和求证。研究结果表明:计算模型中的控制方程组解释了激波管内各反应组分的流动特性沿轴向距离或随时间变化的函数关系,控制方程组的解描述了激波诱导瓦斯爆炸反应动力学的变化过程和变化情况,从而解释和验证了激波诱导瓦斯爆炸反应动力学机理的计算模型。

     

    Abstract: In order to interpret and verify the physical model and mathematical model of chemical reaction kinetic for gas explosion induced by shock wave,the reaction system of gas explosion induced by shock wave was defined as an ideal reaction system where all the reactions reacted in,and the gas was defined as pure CH4 . The module was Normal Incident Shock of CHEMKIN4. 1. The methods of numerical analysis and mathematical physical equations were used to deduce,detail and verify the mathematical model of reaction kinetic for gas explosion induced by shock wave. The con- clusion shows that the function relationships between the flow characteristic of reaction components in shock tube and axial distance or time-dependent were interpreted by the governing equations of calculation model. The changing process and change conditions of chemical reaction kinetic for gas explosion induced by shock wave were verified by the solutions of equations. Therefore,the calculation model of chemical reaction kinetic for gas explosion induced by shock wave was interpreted and verified.
