液压支架支护状况获取与模糊综合评价方法

  • 摘要: 工作面采高大幅提升、深部开采围岩活动加剧都要求准确获取和描述液压支架的支护状态,从而为煤矿顺利开采及综采工作面人员与设备安全提供重要数据支持。当前支架支护状态监测数据较为单一,数据获取与评价理论亟待完善。开展液压支架支护状态快速获取与模糊综合评价方法研究,研究确定支架支护状态评价关键参数;分析支架结构,确定传感系统布置方式,给出各工况下特征参数的获取及计算方法;建立支架模糊综合评价模型,计算各关键参数隶属度函数,基于变权理论确定权重系数得出支架支护状态的最终综合评价结果。该方法及数据获取系统在唐口煤矿6305工作面进行工业性试验,对液压支架保持良好支护状态起到重要作用。同时,支架支护状态实时检测与综合评价方法研究也为后续液压支架状态健康管理及自适应调控奠定技术基础。

     

    Abstract: Rapid detection and scientific assessment of supporting condition for hydraulic support had been requested by the impressive promotion for the mining height of working face and the movement of deep surrounding rock, which could provide important data support for smooth coal mining, miner safety and the equipment of fully mechanized face.At present the supporting condition monitoring data are relatively simple, and the data acquisition and evaluation theory need to be improved.For the above problems, this paper carried out the research on supporting condition detection and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Initially the key parameters of supporting condition evaluation were determined.Based on the analysis for the support structure, the arrangement of sensing system was determined and the calculation formula for each support condition characteristic parameter was derived.Then the support fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was set up and the membership functions for each key parameters were calculated.Finally the implemented comprehensive evaluation for supporting condition detection after weighting coefficient was determined based on the variable weight theory.This system has been used in the 6305 working face at Tangkou Coal Mine for industrial test, which could make an important role in keeping a good supporting condition for hydraulic support.In addition, the research on supporting condition detection and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in this paper could lay a technical foundation of health monitoring and adaptive adjusting for hydraulic support condition.
