西部煤炭高强度开采下地质灾害防治理论与方法研究进展

  • 摘要: 基于国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)项目:西部煤炭高强度开采下地质灾害防治理论与环境保护基础研究,从地质环境条件、地质灾害形成机理、预测评价方法和灾害防治理论等4个方面,开展了西部煤炭高强度开采下地质灾害防治的总体研究思路和相关研究。通过西部富煤区域侏罗-白垩系构造地质及水文地质的研究,揭示了富煤区域地层结构及水沙动力学特征;基于采动岩体力学行为研究,揭示了大面积顶板切落、突水溃沙等地质灾害的发生机理,形成了防治重大地质灾害与环境损伤的采煤理论和方法。该研究将地质灾害防治和生态环境保护进行有机的结合,从源头解决制约我国西部煤炭开采的关键问题,可为我国西部煤炭资源长期大规模安全高效绿色开采奠定理论基础。

     

    Abstract: On account of the nation basic research program of china(973 Program),theory and method research of ge- ological disaster prevention on high-intensity coal exloitation in the west areas,the total research route and related re- search prograss of western high-intensity coal exloitation geological disaster on four aspects of geological conditions, formation of geological disaster,evalution method and prevention has been formed. The stratum structure of coal rich region and characteristic of sediment dynamics had been reseached by the study of hydrogeology and structual geology research of jurassic-cretaceous in western coal rich region;And base on the behavior study of mining dynamics,the mechanism of large roof shear and sand-inrush had been found. Also the mining theory and method of major geological disaster and evironment damage also had been studied out. This paper ,which combines the geological disaster preven- ting and ecological environment protection organically,solves the key problem that had constrained western coal exploi- tation from headstream,can provide theoretical basis for safe and efficent green mining of western coal resources in long term and large scale.
