沿空留巷“卸压-锚固”双重主动控制机理与应用

Mechanism and application of double active control with pressure-relieving and anchoring for gob-side entry retaining

  • 摘要: 针对坚硬顶板下沿空留巷的维控难题,运用理论分析、数值模拟和工业性试验等方法,阐述了“卸压-锚固”双重主动控制机理。坚硬顶板长期悬顶缓慢下沉和突然断裂剧烈来压是沿空留巷的扰动根源,通过主动致裂改变其断裂位置、时机和结构,可实现顶板“大结构”的主动控制。将顶板断裂位置由实体煤侧转移至采空区侧,减弱旋转块体对沿空留巷顶板的连带作用,加速顶板破断、缩短扰动周期,降低悬臂长度、减小附加载荷。沿空留巷围岩具有分区特征,采用长短结合的支护方式分别构建浅部“基础承载圈”和深部“强化承载圈”,可实现巷道“小结构”的主动控制。提出的“卸压-锚固”双重主动控制方法能够为沿空留巷营造良好的应力环境、提高锚固效能、降低支护密度。根据凤凰山矿154307工作面10 m厚坚硬石灰岩顶板下沿空留巷的工程实践,卸压后锚杆支护设计为1.5 m×1.5 m大间排距,沿空留巷达到了良好的效果。

     

    Abstract: In terms of the problem of control for gob-side entry retaining under hard roof, the methods of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test were used to study the double active controlling mechanism with pressure-relieving and anchoring.Long-term hanging deformation and sudden breaking are the disturbing sources of gob-side entry retaining, while through the technology of active cracking, the changes of broken position, time and structure could reach an active control effect for “large structure” of roof.Transferring the broken position from coal side to the gob side could weaken the interdependent function of rotating block to entry, accelerate the roof breaking to shorten disturbing period, and reduce roof cantilever length to decrease additional loading.Apparent division characterizes the surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining.Basic load-bearing ring in shallow rock and reinforced load-bearing ring in deep rock constructed with short and long anchor bolts respectively could realize an active control effect for “small structure” of entry.A method of double active control with pressure-relieving and anchoring was proposed to construct fine stress environment, as well as to improve anchoring efficiency and to reduce support density.According to an engineering practice of gob-side entry retaining under 10 m thick hard limestone roof in No.154307 working face of Fenghuangshan mine, a good application result was obtained with anchor bolt support whose row and line distances were designed as 1.5 m×1.5 m after pressure-relieving.
