不含瓦斯重塑煤体的渗吸特性

  • 摘要: 采用底水自发渗吸实验装置,对不同压制负荷(孔隙率)下不含瓦斯重塑煤体的渗吸高度进行测试,同时通过毛细吸水上升高度理论对不含瓦斯重塑煤体的渗吸高度计算分析,得到不含瓦斯重塑煤体的极限渗吸高度变化规律。研究结果表明:同一颗粒配比,不含瓦斯重塑煤体压制负荷越大,孔隙率越小,且随着压制负荷的增大,孔隙率呈负指数减小;不含瓦斯重塑煤体的渗吸高度随时间增长先是迅速增大,而后缓慢增大;在同一颗粒配比下,相同时刻,孔隙率(压制负荷越大)越小,渗吸高度越大;同一压制负荷,不同颗粒配比也满足孔隙率越小,渗吸高度越大的规律。不含瓦斯重塑煤体渗吸高度上升速率在初始阶段急剧减小,而后逐渐减小趋于0,即渗吸高度存在极限值。同一颗粒配比下不含瓦斯重塑煤体的极限渗吸高度随孔隙率减小(压制负荷增大)先是迅速增大,而后逐渐增大,不含瓦斯重塑煤体的极限渗吸高度与孔隙率负相关。

     

    Abstract: The bottom water spontaneous imbibition experimental device was adopted to test the imbibition height of remolded coal under different pressing loads (porosity).The imbibition height of remolded coal without gas was calculated and analyzed through the theory of rising height of capillary absorbent, and the variation law of limit imbibition height was obtained.The results showed that, at the same ratio of particles, the porosity decreased with the increasing pressing load, following the law of negative exponent, at first the imbibition height increased rapidly, then increaseds slowly; At the same time, the smaller the porosity (the greater the pressing load), the higher the imbibition height; At the same pressing load, the smaller the porosity, the higher the imbibition height.The imbibition rate of remolded coal is the biggest in the first period of time, but it gradually decreases to 0 with the time going, and the imbibition height exists limit value.At the same ratio of particles, the limit imbibition height of the remolded coal without gas increases rapidly with the decrease of the porosity (the increase of the pressing load), and then increases gradually.The limit imbibition height of remolded coal without gas is negatively correlated with the porosity.
