带式输送机物料截面积计算方法的评述与确定

Determination and review on calculation method of cross-sectional area of carrying material at belt conveyor

  • 摘要: 带式输送机承载物料截面积的计算方法是确定输送带宽度的关键因素,直接影响到带式输送机系统的经济性。对带式输送机承载物料截面积计算方法的发展历程进行了回顾与分析。对当前主流的DIN22101,ISO5048和CEMA的截面积计算的物料堆积表面轮廓线和空边距进行了比较分析。通过将截面积计算式级数展开,给出了理论与数值计算的对比分析,证明了当采用相同的结构与物料参数时,承载物料理论截面积从小到大依次为:圆弧计算式、DIN22101计算式、ISO5048计算式;DIN22101承载物料截面积的计算式形式简洁,但需要将动堆积角转换为等效堆积角;CEMA (圆弧计算式)承载物料截面积的计算方法输送量的裕量较大、特别是大带宽情况下,降低了系统的经济性,计算式不够简洁;ISO5048承载物料截面积的计算式具有简洁的形式,建议在制定国家标准时采用。

     

    Abstract: The calculation method of the sectional area of carrying material section is the key factor to determine the width of conveyor belt, and it directly affects the belt conveyor system financially.This paper reviews and analyzes the development of the calculation method of the carrying material sectional area of belt conveyor.The authors compare and analyze the surface contours of material accumulation and margins in the calculation method of the sectional area of the carrying material section of the current mainstream DIN22101, ISO5048 and CEMA.By means of calculating the sectional area, series expansion, analysis theory and numerical calculation are given, proven that when the structure and material parameters are the same, the theory of sectional area of carrying material from small to large is as follows:the arc calculation formula, DIN22101 calculation formula, ISO5048 calculation formula; The calculation formula of DIN22101 carrying material area is simple, but needs to convert the dynamic repose angle to the equivalent angle; the CEMA (arc formula) calculation method of carrying material sectional area has a larger margin, especially in the case of large belt width, the economy of system is reduced, also the calculation formula is not simple enough; the calculation formula of ISO5048 carrying material has a simple cross-sectional area form, which is recommended in the development of national standards.
