卸矿站粉尘浓度影响因素的数值模拟研究

Numerical simulation on influencing factors of dust concentration in ore unloading station

  • 摘要: 为了掌握卸矿站卸矿时卸矿量、巷道风速、矿石粒径和壁面条件对巷道内粉尘浓度的影响,以国内某矿山2号卸矿站为研究对象,运用ANSYS软件对该卸矿站建模、模拟,研究巷道粉尘浓度与卸矿量、巷道风速、矿石粒径和壁面条件之间的关系。研究表明,数值模拟结果与实测结果基本吻合;下风向巷道粉尘浓度大小与卸矿量成正比例关系,与风速、矿石粒径成反比例关系;满足生产条件的情况下,卸矿量5 000 kg/s、巷道风速1.5 m/s时,尽可能增大矿石粒径、定期清扫巷道壁面,可有效降低巷道粉尘浓度。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the effect of unloading rate, wind speed, ore particle size and wall condition on the dust concentration in the roadway, the authors use the ANSYS software to study the relationship be-tween dust concentration and those conditions. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the measured results.The proportion of dust concentration in the downhill roadway is proportional to the unloading rate, which is inversely proportional to the wind speed and ore grain size.If the production conditions are satisfied, the unloading rate of 5 000 kg/s, roadway wind speed of 1.5 m/s, the ore particle size increase, and regularly cleaning roadway wall can effectively reduce the dust concentration in roadway.
