节点法中风机处理方法及通风网络建模

Method of fan treatment and ventilation network modeling in node method

  • 摘要: 目前主流的通风网络解算方法有回路法和节点法,节点法相对回路法有着很多优势,但一直没有被普遍应用。一方面,节点法中风机需要依赖节点才能参与到网络中,而风机节点处的风压描述和节点风压方程的构建复杂且困难。另一方面,矿井井巷布置规模庞大,具有特殊条件的节点和分支及其之间的组合多样化,导致节点风压方程构建过程规律性弱,用编程语言进行算法实现时判别困难。针对以上两个问题,对节点法理论进行分析和推导,给出风机的处理方法和通风网络建模方法。基于C#语言进行算法实现,用不同网络模型对同一算例进行求解,并与回路法进行对比验证。结果证明研究开发的节点法中风机的处理方法和网络建模方法具有可行性与通用性,可以处理真实矿井的复杂情况。

     

    Abstract: At present,the main ventilation network solutions include loop method and node method. The node method has many advantages over the loop method,but it has not been widely used. On the one hand,the fan needs to rely on the nodes to be involved in the network,while the wind pressure description of the fan node and the construction of the node wind pressure equation are complex and difficult. On the other hand,the layout of mine roadways is large,and the combination of nodes and branches with special conditions is diversified,which lead to the difficulty in the construction process of the node wind pressure equation,and it is difficult to realize the algorithm in programming language. To overcome the above two problems,the theory of node method is analyzed and deduced,then the method of fan treat-ment and ventilation network modeling are proposed. Using C# language,the algorithm is implemented and the same numerical example is solved with different network models,and the result method is compared and verified with the loop method. The results prove that the method of fan treatment and ventilation network modeling in the research and development is feasible and can be widely applied,in particular,can deal with the complicated situation in under-ground mines.
