神府矿区大型水库周边浅埋煤层开采水害防治技术

Water disaster prevention and control technology in shallow coal seam around the large reservoir in Shenfu coal mine

  • 摘要: 以神府矿区大型水库常家沟水库为例,运用水文地质勘探、钻孔实测、理论计算、数值模拟等手段,查明了常家沟水库周边水文地质条件,拟合得出导水裂隙带高度计算公式,开展了大型水库周边浅埋煤层开采水害问题防治技术研究。研究结果表明:研究区水库周边煤层开采导水裂隙带预计发育高度约为72.8 m,常家沟水库周边煤层开采存在的水害主要包括烧变岩涌(突)水问题、萨拉乌苏组突水溃沙问题、常家沟水库倒灌水害等问题,针对常家沟水库浅埋煤层开采不同水害问题,提出了留设保护煤柱、帷幕注浆与井下探放水疏放、井下探放水与地面抽排联合疏放、上覆煤层采空区积水探查与疏放、沟道裂缝填埋等水害防治技术。水库周边15207工作面回采时,在留设保护煤柱的基础上,采取帷幕注浆625 m,施工疏放4-2煤烧变岩积水钻孔28个,累计放水量33 523 m3,保障了工作面安全回采。

     

    Abstract: Taking the large Changjiagou reservoir in Shenfu coal mine as an example,using hydro-geological explora- tion,drill hole measurement,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the hydrogeological conditions in the vic- inity of Changjiagou reservoir were investigated. A formula of the height of water flowing fractured zone was put for- ward. Also,this paper studied the prevention and controlling technology of the coal seam mining for the vicinity of Changjiagou reservoir. The result shows that the height of water flowing fractured zone is about 72. 8 m,which mainly include the burnt rocks water inrush,Salawusu formation water-sand inrush,and Changjiagou reservoir water inrush. The water disaster problems surrounding Changjiagou reservoir mainly include the burnt rocks water inrush,Salawusu formation water-sand inrush,Changjiagou reservoir water inrush during mining. Based on the water inrush,the water control measures were put forward,which are coal protection pillar reserved,the curtain grouting and drainage underground,the water exploration-drainage underground combined with the drainage ground,the exploration and drainage of the goaf water overlying the coal seam,the channel cracks buried. During the 15207 working face mining,there were 28 boreholes drilled in the 4-2 coal burnt hydrothermal rock,and the curtain grouting was 625 m,the cumulative water discharge was 33 523 m3 based on coal protection pillar reserved.
