空气分级燃烧对滴管炉粉煤灰理化特性及脱硫性能的影响

Effect of air staging combustion on physic-chemical properties and desulfurization potentiality of fly ash

  • 摘要: 为了研究空气分级燃烧对煤粉工业锅炉粉煤灰特性的影响规律,得到制备高脱硫活性粉煤灰的风量配比。采用滴管炉试验装置模拟煤粉工业锅炉,结合扫描电子显微镜、粒度分析仪、X射线衍射仪XRD、X射线光电子能谱仪及化学滴定等测试仪器和方法,对不同二次风量下所获得粉煤灰的物理形貌、化学组成、活性氧化钙含量及脱硫性能等进行了研究。结果表明:空气分级燃烧对粉煤灰物相组成影响较小;对粉煤灰的化学形态、固硫率及活性氧化钙含量影响偏大,随二次风量增加,粉煤灰中Ca (OH)2含量先增加后减少,CaO反之,烟气中SO2排放浓度先增大后减小,活性氧化钙含量先降低后升高,二次风量为95%左右时粉煤灰燃烧固硫率和活性氧化钙含量均最高,分别为45%和17%;粉煤灰的脱硫穿透时间和累积脱硫率均随二次风量的提高而呈现先下降后上升的趋势,二次风量为95%条件下获得的粉煤灰脱硫性能最好。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of air staged combustion on the properties of fly ash, the air volume ratio of highdesulfurization active fly ash was obtained.In this paper, the dropper tube furnace was used.Combined with SEM, particle size analysis, XRD, XPS, plasma and chemical titration test equipment and methods, the properties and activities of fly ash obtained from pulverized coal combustion with different secondary air volumes and different proportions of sulfur-fixing agent were investigated.The results show that the effect of air staged combustion on physical morphology of fly ash is not significant, but the chemical composition, sulfur fixation rate and the content of activited calcium oxide change significantly.With the increase of secondary air volume, the content of Ca (OH) 2 increased after decreased first, but CaO presents adversely, SO2 concentration first increased and then decreased, the content of activited calcium oxide reduced first increases, the burning rate and ratio of active calcium oxide content in fly ash hit the highest when the secondary air volume is about 95%, which is respectively about 45% and 17%; the breakthrough time and the cu-mulative desulfurization rate all showed a downward trend and then a rising trend with the increase of the secondary air volume, when the secondary air volume is 95%, fly ash desulfurization performance is best.
