顶板巷抽采量对采空区遗煤氧化区域的扰动效应

Disturbance effects of oxidative zone induced by roof roadway drainage in gob

  • 摘要: 顶板巷瓦斯抽采作为一种常用的采空区瓦斯抽采技术手段, 在有效治理工作面瓦斯超限问题的同时可能诱导采空区遗煤自燃的发生。为了深入分析顶板巷抽采量对采空区遗煤氧化的扰动效应, 本文根据义马耿村煤矿13190工作面的工程条件, 建立了同尺寸物理模型并求解了采空区漏风流场和氧气浓度场。结合现场实测数据, 在验证模拟可靠性的基础上, 以工作面向采空区漏风量的大小、采空区氧化区域的宽度、深度和面积为指标, 探讨了顶板巷抽采量变化采空区遗煤氧化的扰动效应。研究结果表明:①随着顶板巷抽采量的增加, 工作面向采空区的漏风区域和漏风量逐渐增大;②随着顶板巷抽采量的增加, 采空区遗煤氧化区域的边界向采空区深部移动, 氧化区域的宽度和面积逐渐增大;③鉴于顶板巷抽采量对采空区漏风量和氧化区域的扰动效应, 应合理设置顶板巷抽采量的大小, 以达到瓦斯与煤自燃灾害协调防治的目的。

     

    Abstract: Gas drainage in roof roadway is a common method of gas drainage in goaf, and it is effective to control the gas at working face while induces the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.In order to analyze the disturbance effect of roof roadway drainage quantity on the distribution of oxidation zone, according to the engineering condition of 13190 working face in Gengcun mine, Yima, China, a physical model is established to study the air leakage flow field and oxygen concentration field in the goaf.Combining with field data, based on the validation of simulation in reliability, taking the air leakage amount in working face, the width, depth and area of oxidation zone in mined-out area as indexes, the disturbance effect of roof roadway drainage quantity on coal oxidation in goaf is discussed.The results show that:① with the increase of roof roadway drainage amount, the air leakage amount and area of working face increases gradually;② the increase of drainage quantity makes the boundary of oxidation zone to move to deep, the oxidation zone width and area increase gradually;③ In view of the specific disturbance effect of roof roadway drainage quantity, it should be set a reasonable roof roadway drainage quantity, in order to achieve the coordination of gas and coal spontaneous combustion disaster prevention.
