卡链工况下刮板链传动系统的力学特性研究

Mechanical characteristics of the scraper chain transmission system under the condition of chain blocked

  • 摘要: 首先建立了圆环链模型的空间方程, 用Hertz理论计算了圆环链接触区域的最大应力及接触区域的压力分布;然后对链轮链环啮合过程的受力进行了分析, 得出了链轮链环稳定啮合需要满足的条件, 并计算了链轮链环啮合接触区域的最大应力。基于多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了刮板链传动系统的样机模型, 仿真分析了卡链工况下, 平环与立环的连接合力及平环与链轮的啮合力, 得出卡链工况下, 圆环链间的连接合力和平环与链窝间的啮合力都会增大, 且远远大于正常传输过程中的连接合力和啮合力;为了进一步分析圆环链间及链环与链轮在卡链工况下的动力特性, 对刮板链传动系统进行了有限元分析, 得出了卡链工况下, 圆环链间速度、加速度、应力变化规律和链环与链轮间速度、加速度、应力变化规律, 为刮板链传动系统的优化设计提供了关键参数。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the space equation of the ring chain model is established.The maximum stress and pressure distribution of contact area in the ring chain are calculated using Hertz theory.The forces between the sprocket and the scraper chain in the meshing process are analyzed, and the conditions for the sprocket link to meet the requirement of steady meshing are obtained.Also, the maximum stress of the meshing contact area of the sprocket chain is calculated.Based on the multi-body dynamic simulation software ADAMS, a prototype model of the scraper chain transmission system is established.The joint force between the flat ring and the vertical ring and the meshing force between the flat ring and the sprocket are simulated and analyzed.It is concluded that the connection force between flat ring and vertical ring and the meshing force between flat ring and chain socket will both increase under a chain blocking condition and either of the forces is far greater than the corresponding one during normal transmission.In order to further analyze the dynamic characteristics of the flat ring and the vertical ring, the chain ring and the chain wheel when the chain is blocked, the finite element analysis of the scraper chain transmission system is carried out.The law of velocity, acceleration and stress variation between ring chains and the law of speed, acceleration and stress variation between chain links and sprockets are obtained, which provide some key parameters for the optimization design of scraper chain transmission system.
