煤层巷道冒顶机理与预警方法

Mechanism and early-warning methods of roadway roof fall in coal seam

  • 摘要: 顶板灾害是我国煤矿各类灾害中发生频率最高和死亡人数最多的灾害, 当前绝大多数顶板灾害事故发生在巷道, 尤其是受采动影响的煤层巷道。在分析巷道冒顶事故与围岩体环境之间关系基础上, 将煤层巷道冒顶分为围岩主导型和应力主导型两大类型, 揭示了裂隙危岩坠落、松散岩体冒落、弱黏结复合顶板垮落、大变形巷道蝶叶型冒顶等煤层巷道冒顶的机理与成因;在此基础上, 提出了巷道冒顶隐患分阶段多层次的全时预警方法与机制, 即设计阶段的冒顶隐患远期风险评价、巷道掘进施工阶段的随钻预估、服务周期内的长时临界预警, 开发了岩层结构随钻探测仪、顶板多点位移监控器、锚杆锚索工况监测报警仪等用于长时和临界预警的仪器设备, 形成的煤层巷道冒顶机理和预警方法与仪器设备将为顶板事故预报预防提供理论支撑和技术保障。

     

    Abstract: Roof disasters are the most frequent and deadliest among all kinds of disasters in coal mines in China.At present, most roof accidents happen in roadway, especially the roadway in coal seam affected by mining.Based on the relationship analysis between roof accidents and surrounding rock environment, the roadway roof fall in coal seam is divided into two main types:surrounding rock dominant type and stress dominant type.The mechanism and causes of the roadway roof fall for the fractured critical rock falling, friable rock mass falling, weakly bonded composite roof collapsing and butterfly leaf typed roof falling in large deformation roadway are revealed.Then a multi-stage and full time warning method for roadway roof fall is proposed, namely, the long-term risk assessment of the roof fall hidden dangers in the roadway design stage, ever-present prediction with drilling in the roadway excavation stage and a long time critical early warning in service cycle.The instruments and equipment for long and critical early warning are developed, such as the drilling detector for rock structure, roof multipoint displacement monitor and monitoring, and alarm device for anchor cable working condition.The mechanism of roadway roof fall in coal seam, warning method and various instruments and equipment would provide theoretical support and tech-nical support for the prediction and prevention of roof accidents.
