固相初始浓度对返排压裂液用射流泵性能影响规律

Effect of initial solid phase concentration on the performance of jet pump used for backflow fracturing fluid

  • 摘要: 针对射流泵用于压裂液返排时效率过低的问题, 采用Fluent 16.0中mixture多相流模型, 对排砂射流泵开展了数值模拟研究, 着重分析了固相初始浓度对排砂射流泵内流场、性能和效率的影响。结果表明:固相初始浓度越高势流核心长度越大, 且固液两相混合完成的位置向喉管出口处移动;模拟得到的扩散管出口处浓度值随着固相初始浓度增加与理论值出现偏差, 且浓度越大偏差越大, 在初始浓度为20%时偏差值达到17.62%;砂粒的存在使得排砂射流泵特性曲线下降, 在固相初始浓度为20%工况下, 流量比M为1.2, 相比于流量比M为0.3时, 效率和压力比分别下降了52.38%和60.32%;在同一流量比工况下 (M=0.7), 固相初始浓度为20%时相较于单相流工况下, 效率和压力比分别下降了25.92%和26.08%。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of low efficiency when jet pump was used for fracturing fluid backflow, and using the mixture multiphase flow model of the Fluent 16.0 software, the numerical simulation on the jet exhaust sand pump was carried out in this study.The impacts of initial concentration of the solid phase on the internal flow field, performance and efficiency in the row of sand pump were analyzed.The results showed that the higher the initial concentration of the solid phase, the higher the potential flow core, and the position of the solid liquid two-phase mixing was transferred to the outlet of the pipe.With the increase of the initial concentration of the solid phase, the concentration at the exit of the diffusion tube deviated from the theoretical value, and the greater the concentration, the greater the deviation, and reached 17.62% when the initial concentration was 20%.The existence of sand grains allowed the characteristic curve of the sand discharge jet pump were moved down.Under the conditions of the initial concentration of solid phase 20%, the flow ratio M was 1.2, compared with the flow ratio M 0.3, the efficiency and pressure ratio decreased 52.38% and 60.32% respectively.Under the conditions of same flow ratio (M=0.7), when the initial solid concentration was 20% compared to the single-phase flow, the efficiency and pressure ratio decreased by 25.92% and 26.08% respectively.
