直驱永磁同步电机均匀退磁性能分析和故障诊断

Uniform demagnetization performance analysis and fault diagnosis in direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motors

  • 摘要: 均匀退磁是永磁同步电机的一种常见退磁故障类型, 通过对永磁体不同退磁程度下的电机性能的分析, 提出了反电动势 (Back-EMF) 回转半径法来诊断直驱永磁同步电机 (DDPMSM) 均匀退磁故障。利用时间延迟嵌入 (TDE) 技术得到其反电动势的差分相空间图形的坐标数据, 并建立了反电动势回转半径的模型。对一台不同运行速度和不同故障程度下的DDPMSM反电动势回转半径进行了仿真计算, 得出退磁故障程度与回转半径成线性关系, 并用最小二乘法拟合了退磁程度与回转半径和速度相关的数学方程。仿真结果证明, 所提出的DDPMSM均匀退磁故障诊断方法的可行性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: Uniform demagnetization is a common demagnetization fault type of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM).Through the analysis of the performance of the motor under different demagnetization degree of permanent magnet, the back-EMF radius of gyration method was proposed to diagnose the uniform demagnetization fault of the direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor (DDPMSM).Time delay embedding (TDE) technique to obtain the coordinate data of the differential phase space figure of the back-EMF, and the back-EMF radius of gyration model of the back EMF was established.Through the simulation and calculation on the back-EMF radius of gyration with a different operating speeds and different faults DDPMSM, the linear relationship between the degree of demagnetization failure and radius of gyration was obtained.The least squares method was used to fit the mathematical equations to the three parameters of demagnetization degree and radius of gyration and speed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the DDPMSM uniform demagnetization fault diagnosis method were proved by simulation results.
