围岩强度弱化对堵水帷幕稳定性影响的数值模拟研究

Numerical investigation on the influence by the weakening of surrounding rock strength to the stability of grouting curtain

  • 摘要: 为保护地下水资源,合理开发矿产资源,采用全封闭的注浆堵水帷幕堵截地下水,是保证大水矿山正常开采的一种有效技术措施。受开采扰动的围岩在地下水长期作用下,其强度势必会发生弱化作用。为探究围岩强度弱化对堵水帷幕稳定性的影响规律,以中关铁矿堵水帷幕为研究对象,在详细分析矿区工程地质、水文地质资料的基础上,建立堵水帷幕三维地质、数值计算模型。根据不同饱水时间岩石物理、力学参数,结合岩体结构面空间几何信息,采用Hoek-Brown强度准则,计算不同饱水时间岩体单轴抗压强度、弹性模量等物理、力学参数。利用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件,分析围岩强度弱化对堵水帷幕稳定性的影响。结果表明:闪长岩、奥灰岩的强度参数均随饱水时间的延长而降低,饱水90 d后,闪长岩的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、黏聚力和内摩擦角较天然状态分别降低40.84%,24.51%,22.81%和13.55%,奥灰岩对应的强度参数较天然状态分别降低45.96%,16.01%,25.44%和18.70%; 堵水帷幕与围岩接触区域应力集中程度随深度的增加而增大,在堵水帷幕与强渗透性围岩接触区域、堵水帷幕刚度与围岩刚度差异较大区域,易形成高应力集中区; 随堵水帷幕内围岩强度的持续降低,帷幕内外应力差及帷幕与围岩接触区域应力集中值也呈增大趋势; 帷幕内围岩在饱水时间小于14 d的情况下,堵水帷幕内外应力差及应力集中值增加速率较大,当饱水时间大于30 d后,应力集中值增加速率逐渐减小并趋于定值; 为降低围岩强度弱化对堵水帷幕稳定性产生的不利影响,提出丛状放水孔与放水硐室相结合的疏干排水方案,为监测帷幕的堵水效果和帷幕内破碎带与围岩的水力联系,提出在帷幕内外和地下水径流的上、下游及破碎带发育区域布置水位观测孔。研究结果为中关铁矿堵水帷幕稳定性监测、疏干排水方案设计及帷幕内外水位观测孔设计提供依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to preserve underground water and take good advantage of mineral resources, grouting curtain, an effective technical measure to ensure normal mining operation, is widely used to block underground water in the mines with large amount of water inflow.The strength of surrounding rock is bound to be impaired under the influence of underground water and the interruption of exploiting.In this paper, the grouting curtain of Zhongguan Iron Mine was taken as the research object.Based on the detailed analysis of engineering geology of mining area and hydrogeological data, a three-dimensional geological and numerical calculation model of grouting curtain was established to study the influence of weakening strength of surrounding rock on the stability of grouting curtain.According to the physical and mechanical parameters of rocks with different extent saturation, combining the spatial geometric information of rock mass structural planes, the physical and mechanical parameters, such as uniaxial compressive strength and elastic modulus, were calculated using Hoek-Brown Strength Criterion.The influence of weakening of surrounding rock strength on the stability of grouting curtain was analyzed using COMSOL Multiphysics numerical stimulation software.It turned out that the strength parameters of diorite and Ordovician limestone decrease with the prolongation of saturation times.After 90 days saturation, the uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle of diorite were reduced by 40.84%, 24.51%, 22.81% and 13.55% respectively, and the corresponding strength parameters of Ordovician limestone were reduced by 45.96%, 16.01%, 25.44% and 18.70% respectively.The degree of stress concentration in the contact area between grouting curtain and surrounding rock increased with the increase of depth.In the contact area between grouting curtain and strong permeability surrounding rock, the stiffness of grouting curtain differed greatly from that of surrounding rock, it was easy to form a high stress concentration area.With the continuous decrease of the strength of the surrounding rock in the grouting curtain, the stress difference between the inside and outside of the curtain and the stress concentration value in the contact area between the curtain and the surrounding rock also increased.When the saturation time of the surrounding rock in the curtain was less than 14 days, the increase rate of stress difference and stress concentration value inside and outside the curtain was larger.When the saturation time was more than 30 days, the increase rate of stress concentration value gradually decreased and tended to be a fixed value.In order to reduce the adverse effect of weakening strength of surrounding rock on the stability of grouting curtain, a drainage scheme combining cluster drainage holes with drainage chambers was proposed.In order to monitor the water plugging effect of the curtain and the hydraulic relationship between the fractured zone in the curtain and the surrounding rock, it was proposed to arrange water level observation holes inside and outside the curtain and in the upstream, downstream and fractured zone development areas of groundwater runoff.The results provide a basis for the stability monitoring of grouting curtain, the design of drainage scheme and the design of water level observation holes inside and outside the curtain.
